I havn’t made a formal post about Louis CK’s new special yet because I have to study for my business law class due to the fact that I schlept all day yesterday and went to west island to eat amazing greek food and play glow in the dark putt putt golf, but in case I procrastinate any further, all those that havn’t bought Louis CK: Live at Beacon Theatre should do it ASAP. Not only is it funny, insightful, perverse, moving, poignant etc. like all past Louis CK specials, it’s making a successful example that if you make something good and beautiful, and you make it easy for people to buy it, and you tell people about it, that shit will sell. Capitalism is a beautiful thing, in its purest sense, and when the emphasis is on the production of a product versus the selling of a commodity, innovation and art and goodness is what comes out of it.

So I will happily fork over $5 to stand behind that (AND you get to watch the single best working comic today in his element, because holy shit, louis ck is on some mario mushroom star shit right now. Not news: the guy’s a Great). I hope you do too.
